Anti-Defamation League. Basically a zionist organization that goes after anything they percieve as being anti-semitic. Their definition of anti-semitic typically seems to include vocally supporting Palestine & not supporting Israel.

Part of what makes this noteworthy is they call anti-semitism often in dubious cases where it is not present - so them defending Elon sieg heiling multiple times is unusual, but also likely a calculated move to not distance their organization from president musk’s administration.

ADL stands for Anti Defamation League, the first paragraph on the about us page on their website reads.

ADL is the leading anti-hate organization in the world. Founded in 1913, its timeless mission is “to stop the defamation of the Jewish people and to secure justice and fair treatment to all.”

Nah, you just gotta ask them what a fair treatment for a Palestinian would be. Probably not anywhere near what would be fair treatment for an Israeli. Or most other folks.

Yeah, Israel like other places that commit crimes against humanity aren’t into respecting their victims after death, just like they didn’t do it while they were alive.

According to the Israel government, the “fair treatment” for Palestinians is the “Endlösung”.

They’re an organization that calls out antisemitism.

Problem is saying anything against Israel, or pro-Palestine will get you on their public list of antisemites, along side your local neo-nazi militia members.

      It’s Zionist propaganda and intimidation.

They spied for a foreign government. They should have been required to register as foreign agents and the only reason they didn’t was because the foreign government was Israel. Instead they just had to notify the US citizens they spied upon that they spied upon them, and what they discovered.

That’s literally not what this picture depicts.

They’re not “defending a nazi salute”. They’re saying the awkward gesture wasn’t one.

This community exists by the sloppy perception of its readers. You want to be surrounded by Nazis (clearest form of moral imperative from history — for those who’ve only scratched the surface of studying history — providing an easy direction for your life) so badly that you’re willing to ignore the evidence directly in front of your eyes.

The screenshot in this post literally disproves the claim in the title. This is the essence of doublespeak: contradictions in the smallest possible footprint, laid out glaringly and consumed with eager approval.

Dude, watch the video, it’s like 10 seconds long. He does the salute, twice. Not in a “oh this could be construed as something else”, but a full on seig heil. Twice.

He then posted the video of himself doing it on Twitter. Not with any explanations or defense of his actions, just the video.

He gave a Nazi salute and is proud of it. And idiots like you are scrambling to try and give him the benefit of the doubt when literally no doubt exists.

Mate, he did the nazi salute twice. If it was a still image you might be able to believe that it was an unintentional part of a larger gesture, but the video shows what it is. It’s a nazi salute. If you don’t want to be compared to nazis, maybe don’t do the nazi salute?

That’s what you’re doing literally right now. Dude makes a clear Nazi salute and you’re like “naaah surely the ADL can’t be wrong” like no fuck the ADL and their lies.

Lol is the Elon response real of photoshopped? Man what an asshole if true. I mean, also asshole if not.

I’ve always suspected this man was a wolf in sheep’s clothing, but I was told I was overthinking it. I wonder if the ppl who told me that I was wrong remember doing so.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe this was simply a mistake? Never assume Malice for something that can be explained by utter stupidity. If it was intentional he probably would be bragging about it non stop.

Lot of businesses backed up Hitler and his Nazis too.

A lot of them even came out of that whole situation in pretty good shape.

IBM, Coke, and Ford had no issues doing business in nazy germany, even if they were under a different name. Business only cares about steady and growing revenues/margins no matter how it comes about it.

I don’t know who adl is but this is correct. he actually was going off on the us putting astronaughts on mars because he wants trump to funnel money to his company. He was making all these broad gestures and we are going to put a flag here and here. honestly I practically would have prefered a straight out nazis salute.

If it was a genuine mistake he would have sincerely apologised. Only a nazi doesn’t apologise for making a nazi salute.

I remember reading he also just laughed it off and said people are just paranoid and see what they want to see.

A pretty good tell-tale sign of a fascist is that they will never apologize or admit doing wrong. You have to appear strong at all times.

I’d imagine Musk thinking everybody are laughing with him always because he is so desperate for validation and those that he can’t gaslight himself are with him is why he is a nazi.

I’d imagine Trump to laugh to himself with self indulgence of all his smarts, and mostly scoffing and despise everyone that supports him or not including those closest to him and his own family. Thinking of it, it’s not impossible he despises them all because they are supporting him. Idiots that allow themselves to be herded like sheep by a wolf like himself.

In this case, they are. The AIPAC Defense League is dickriding Leon Skum because he’s in tight with the new furher, and both of them are cool with israel leveling Palestine.

These are one side of the same coin.

Regardless of if he intended to do a Nazi salute or not exposing the public to that level of cringe should be a capital offense.
