7 days agoI’ve been doing esketamine for around five months now and its helped my depression dramatically where transcranial magnetic stimulation, electroconvulsive therapy, and a host of antidepressant pills could not. There may be a bunch of problems with the bureaucracy surrounding esketamine treatment, but it’s a huge help for some folks. My PHQ9 score dropped from 23 to around 14.
Nemesis and Dead Cells are the board games doing that for me right now. Nemesis is semi cooperative, but there are full co-op objectives if you don’t wanna play versus. Dead Cells is completely co-op. Both have resulted in good stories and experiences that stay with you after the game is done in my friend group.
