seeing as ableist terms are always rooted in previously uncontroversial medical terms i propose the term “the swag ones”

afaik its more based on time than number of chews, food generally spends about 10-20 seconds in your mouth if you aren’t in a rush but it depends on the food and individual

this is pretty much just regular modern english with some chronolectal terms and jocular genitive constructions thrown in

“this station of play, fifth of its variant” is pretty funny though
