May I ask what distro you’re using?

I’ve been experimenting with DEs on a low end machine (celeron n3010, 2gb ram), and so far, I’m still on xfce, but I forgot to test Enlightenment. Gonna give it a try.
I use gnome on my main machines, but looking to migrate to cosmic, and I use xfce on more limited devices.
I like the kde project, but I tend not to use it, because I find it a bit overwhelming, even after customizing it, it’s hard to explain. I have issues with too many elements in front of me.

In the middle of all the gimp naming controversy, if there’s a name I would stick to with ease, it would be something involving the green pepper.
Today I learned that gnome has a crossword maker. Now I need to play with it too!
Long time Gnome user here: I like the general Gnome simplicity of use and workflow and got used to it, but I’m really tired of having to install extensions for very basic things, and of it messing all my extensions on each version upgrade, so I have to reinstall everything. I started experimenting with KDE, and looking forward to cosmic.
But wait. Do most actual trains use the linux kernel? I thought most ones were those traditional cargo ones, without any kind of computing system.
non ironically, firefox did a jump in version numbers after firefox 4 because people were seeing the low number compared to other browsers, and would think they were behind technically.
I use a phone with an unlocked bootloader too, but I only got a warning and pressed ok
