having read the first book and a bit of the second one, I realised how spoiled we’ve been with the way Head British TERF presented the world. every bit of Hogwarts has been vividly described with great detail, while here? I can’t remember the single detail about the summer camp thingy, other than “there were some houses”.

181·8 days agoYou might look at the dates Pocketpair gave there (which are correct) and think — well, they were filed after, so how can Nintendo sue using those? The answer is complicated. What Pocketpair don’t say, is that these patents are from a parent patent[1] which was registered in 2021 and approved in 2023, meaning it very much does end up applying here to Palworld.

you gotta contact EA about it, and something’s telling me they’re just going to quote some part of their ToC telling us to get fucked.
tablets (especially ones that could be flashed with Linux, i.e. not iPads) are way less common than smartphones, so you get fewer devices to choose from for testing, fewer users who can run it, report bugs, and support the project, and less interest in general.
