It was very early after reddit’s problems last year. I don’t remember which ones were affected, but mods reacted very quickly and they were removed extremely quickly.

I wasn’t so lucky, I saw some horrible pictures in Lemmy once, but they were removed immediately.
For what it’s worth I have had the same experience with Bluetooth on windows. I was suddenly out of periferals while at work and I had to frantically search for a mouse while in a meeting…
