I actually bought one of those corsair lapdog things when they were new (the keyboard+mousepad with built in USB hub) and it’s honestly fairly comfortable. Wired connection.

All I’ve got is advice; some of this assumes they are leaving a bad situation.

• gather all documents (SSN card, birth certificate, bank statements or bills with their name on it, receipts for anything expensive they may be taking with them, etc).

• if they have money in a bank but the account is associated or linked with a person that may not be trusted, open an account at a new bank/credit union, withdraw funds from the old account, deposit in new account.

• if their phone (assuming they have one) is under someone else’s name, it may get shut off without notice, possibly maliciously. If maliciously, cops might be called depending on how malicious. Same for any other items they take with them that might be expensive.

Second the power supply. Nicer ones come with longer warranty (i think the Seasonic Titanium+ ones have a 10 year?). A bigger motherboard with more features/ports/slots can also be shifted to home server duty in the future better than say, an ITX board.

Allergies knocked me on my ass. First time in a long while I’ve actually had to call off work because of it; I woke up several hours after my alarms should have gone off, could barely breath, and had the feeling you get when you sneeze so hard your entire body aches.

The lingering heat isnt helping, every rain forecast the last month just didn’t happen and the pollen and dust is just godawful. I’m exhausted and sick of summer. I genuinely hate the season.

Whey is a dairy product, frankly my level of trust that it won’t have trace amounts of lactose is nonexistant.

Any advice for non-dairy protein? Lactose intolerant, and the people using the equipment after me would very much prefer if I didn’t shit myself 😅
