3 months agoWhen I have some motivation, I’ll strain Greek yogurt overnight and use it like cream cheese on a bagel or piece of toast. It’s to try and get more protein than actual cream cheese (about 8-10g compared to 1.5-2).
But if I don’t get that done it’s usually a piece of buttered toast or a bagel with regular cream cheese.
We have 2 so my kid and I can each use one. It does help, when I remember to set it. Good luck with yours! I love the rainbow
