Maybe you have misunderstood me. Assuming you really are a counselor of some kind and not making this up, are you telling me that in your experience, men prefer to sit home and take care of the children while their partner goes out and works more than, or as often as, women do? If your answer is yes to this question, I will question your objectivity (or honesty), no offense.
